A mind surgeon?
Not long ago, a client told me I was “a mind surgeon.” I had never thought of myself that way—but I must admit, the word Pointfulness—getting to the point—resonates deeply with that idea.
And it makes sense: if in medicine we prefer to remove a tumor rather than an entire organ, why should it be different with the mind?
This is not psychology, nor is it about mental illness. What I do is apply the philosophical method to restore flow to a life that feels stuck. There are no clots or tumors here, but knots of illusion—from the ego to all the mental constructs that pull us away from reality as it is.
🔍 I like the surgical analogy because it invites precision—without interfering with the rest of a person’s life. I don’t aim to impose changes or shape someone’s thinking, but to help unlock those points where something feels blocked. We use reason and dialogue as our tools.
🧘 As part of the Pointfulness guidance programs, I offer a full-day retreat at Laguna de Aculeo, just one hour from Santiago. A long-form session, with no time limit, dedicated 100% to you. A kind of scheduled surgery, designed to leave you with a new perspective… and powerful tools to work with your mind.
